Customer Service and Administrative Support with German, French or Italian languages

Primary language – C1
English is advantage

• Customer service or international call center experience will be an advantage
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn new tings 
• Precision, loyalty, organization

Main Responsibilities:

• Working proactively to resolve issues and tracking activities; 
• Contact with clients via mail or phone 
• Working with specific documentation and processing of damage-related information; 
• Abilities to take decision by yourself;
• Working closely with colleagues from other countries;
